Appointment Bookings & SMS Notifications

When you check the SMS consent box on our booking form and submit a request, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional SMS text messages from the Company and its service providers (such as ClickSend) at the mobile phone number you provided. These messages are operational in nature and include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates. This consent is given by affirmatively checking the consent box. If you prefer not to receive these messages, you can book by calling the shop directly rather than using the online form.

SMS Carrier Fees: Standard message and data rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply to these notifications. You may opt-out of receiving SMS communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the text messages, though doing so may disrupt your appointment updates.

No-Show & Scheduling Disclaimers: While our system utilizes intelligent routing to deliver booking details instantly to our staff's devices, the Company does not guarantee that an appointment is locked in until verified by your selected barber. The Company is not liable for scheduling conflicts, technical communication delays via cloud gateways, or missed appointments due to network drops.

Payment & Cancellations: All services are paid for directly at the shop via cash, digital wallet apps, or card payments as accepted by your individual barber. The Company reserves the right to implement deposit requirements or cancellation fees for repeated "no-show" bookings in the future to protect our service providers' schedules.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
